Shirley Adams is Chief Human Resources Officer at 明升体育app (NYSE:ACM), the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design 而且 engineering to program 而且 construction management.

In this role, Ms. Adams is responsible for all Human Resources services globally. Her areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, management 而且 executive development, employee relations 而且 training, performance management, 多样性, organization planning 而且 effectiveness, 而且 the company’s performance-appraisal processes. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team driving the people transformation program for the global enterprise.

Previously, Ms. Adams served as 明升体育app’s Senior Vice Present of Human Resources for its Europe, Middle East 而且 Africa geography. Prior to joining 明升体育app in 2016, she held several roles during her tenure at Accenture, including Head of Global Geographic HR Operations, HR Managing Director of Accenture’s Global Management Consulting business 而且 Global HR Business Partner.

Ms. Adams holds a Joint Honours Degree in French & 德国 from Durham University 而且 received a Post Graduate Diploma in Business French & 德国. While at Accenture, she was a participant 而且 faculty member in the company’s leadership development programs. She has lived 而且 worked internationally 而且 is currently based in London.
